By accessing or using BPM Basketball™ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. BPM Basketball is operated by GoStar Digital LLC, a company based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on BPM Basketball. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you must have a parent or legal guardian create the account with you or provide consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (email and password). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your profile. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Your BPM Basketball player profile is public by design. Information you add to your profile — including your name, position, stats, photos, videos, cognitive scores, NIL bio, and contact email — will be visible to anyone on the internet, including coaches, scouts, programs, brands, and the general public.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload to your profile. You agree not to upload content that is false, misleading, offensive, illegal, infringing on others' rights, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
BPM Basketball offers six cognitive drills (React, Recall, Reflex, Replay, Ritmo, Beat) powered by the proprietary BPM Basketball™ scoring system. Your scores and levels are recorded and may appear on the public Leaderboard and your player profile.
BPM Basketball™ is a trademark of GoStar Digital LLC. The scoring methodology, drill designs, level system, and speed framework are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the BPM Basketball™ system or any BPM Basketball cognitive drills.
Premium users can generate an AI-powered Cognitive Scouting Report. This report is generated by sending your cognitive scores to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis. The report is intended as a developmental tool and for personal branding purposes.
BPM Basketball offers a Premium tier at $49/year or $7/month, processed by Stripe. Premium unlocks additional drills (Replay, Ritmo, Beat), the AI Cognitive Scouting Report, basketball timeline, and full profile features.
BPM Basketball™, the BPM Basketball logo, cognitive drill designs, page layouts, and all original content on the Platform are the property of GoStar Digital LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary content without written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, videos, bio text). By uploading content, you grant GoStar Digital LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Platform and related marketing materials.

BPM Basketball is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GoStar Digital LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that using BPM Basketball will result in athletic recruitment, scholarships, NIL deals, or any other specific opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoStar Digital LLC and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
BPM Basketball integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI reports), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of BPM Basketball after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal law of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Al acceder o usar BPM Basketball™ ("la Plataforma"), aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos de Servicio. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la Plataforma. BPM Basketball es operado por GoStar Digital LLC, una empresa con sede en San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Debes tener al menos 13 años para crear una cuenta en BPM Basketball. Si tienes entre 13 y 17 años, un padre o tutor legal debe crear la cuenta contigo o proporcionar consentimiento. Al crear una cuenta, declaras que cumples con estos requisitos.
Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tus credenciales de cuenta (correo y contraseña). Eres responsable de toda la actividad que ocurra bajo tu cuenta. Aceptas proporcionar información precisa, actual y completa al crear tu perfil. Debes notificarnos inmediatamente si sospechas acceso no autorizado a tu cuenta.
Tu perfil de jugador en BPM Basketball es público por diseño. La información que añadas a tu perfil — incluyendo tu nombre, posición, estadísticas, fotos, videos, puntajes cognitivos, bio NIL y correo de contacto — será visible para cualquier persona en internet, incluyendo coaches, scouts, programas, marcas y el público general.
Eres el único responsable del contenido que subes a tu perfil. Aceptas no subir contenido falso, engañoso, ofensivo, ilegal, que infrinja los derechos de otros, o dañino. Nos reservamos el derecho de eliminar contenido o suspender cuentas que violen estos términos.
BPM Basketball ofrece seis drills cognitivos (React, Recall, Reflex, Replay, Ritmo, Beat) impulsados por el sistema propietario de puntuación BPM Basketball™. Tus puntajes y niveles son registrados y pueden aparecer en el Leaderboard público y tu perfil de jugador.
BPM Basketball™ es una marca registrada de GoStar Digital LLC. La metodología de puntuación, diseños de drills, sistema de niveles y marco de velocidades son propietarios. No puedes copiar, reproducir, hacer ingeniería inversa ni crear obras derivadas basadas en el sistema BPM Basketball™ ni en ningún drill cognitivo de BPM Basketball.
Los usuarios Premium pueden generar un Reporte de Scouting Cognitivo impulsado por IA. Este reporte se genera enviando tus puntajes cognitivos a la IA Claude de Anthropic para su análisis. El reporte está diseñado como herramienta de desarrollo y para propósitos de marca personal.
BPM Basketball ofrece un nivel Premium a $49/año o $7/mes, procesado por Stripe. Premium desbloquea drills adicionales (Replay, Ritmo, Beat), el Reporte de Scouting Cognitivo IA, línea de tiempo de baloncesto y todas las funciones del perfil.
BPM Basketball™, el logo de BPM Basketball, diseños de drills cognitivos, diseños de páginas y todo el contenido original de la Plataforma son propiedad de GoStar Digital LLC y están protegidos por leyes de propiedad intelectual. No puedes usar nuestras marcas, identidad visual ni contenido propietario sin permiso escrito.
Conservas la propiedad del contenido que subes (fotos, videos, texto de bio). Al subir contenido, otorgas a GoStar Digital LLC una licencia no exclusiva, mundial y libre de regalías para mostrar, distribuir y promover ese contenido dentro de la Plataforma y materiales de marketing relacionados.

Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar cuentas que participen en conducta prohibida, sin aviso ni reembolso.
BPM Basketball se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". GoStar Digital LLC no ofrece garantías, expresas o implícitas, sobre la disponibilidad, precisión, confiabilidad o idoneidad de la Plataforma para un propósito particular. No garantizamos que usar BPM Basketball resulte en reclutamiento atlético, becas, acuerdos NIL ni ninguna otra oportunidad específica.
En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, GoStar Digital LLC y sus propietarios, empleados y socios no serán responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos derivados de tu uso de la Plataforma. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo relacionado con la Plataforma no excederá la cantidad que nos pagaste en los doce meses anteriores al reclamo.
BPM Basketball se integra con servicios de terceros incluyendo Supabase (base de datos y autenticación), Stripe (pagos), Anthropic (reportes IA) y Vercel (alojamiento). Tu uso de estos servicios está sujeto a sus respectivos términos y políticas de privacidad. No somos responsables de las acciones, contenido o políticas de servicios de terceros.
Puedes solicitar la eliminación de tu cuenta en cualquier momento contactándonos. Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar tu cuenta si violas estos Términos. Al terminar, tu perfil público será removido y tus datos serán eliminados de acuerdo con nuestra Política de Privacidad.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. Los cambios se publicarán en esta página con una fecha de "Última actualización" revisada. El uso continuado de BPM Basketball después de los cambios constituye aceptación de los Términos revisados. Para cambios materiales, podemos proporcionar aviso adicional.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico y la ley federal aplicable de los Estados Unidos. Cualquier disputa derivada de estos Términos o tu uso de la Plataforma será resuelta en los tribunales ubicados en San Juan, Puerto Rico.
